Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: T5 trans
low idle. running rich. only when cold
hi i gotta 1988 firebird 305 TPI t5 trans and i got this problem. whenever i start my car it idles really low around 200-400 rpms and also runs really rough. also the car runs rich but the O2 sesor said its running lean.
when the car warms up its fine. about 700 rpm but still runs rich
any advise on what it is????

Reset minimum air. There is a tech article on this site for it.
Any codes? How old is the O2 sensor?
