87 camaro problem?

well its a 305 quadrajet 4bbl 5 spd tranny. the problem i am having is it seems to want to stall when its around 3500- 4000 rpms and i cant find the problem.I have changed a lot of parts including new distributor, roter, cap, coil, tps, ecm, plugs, plug wires, fuel pump, and fuel filter.
