Fixing electric tabs on A/C compressor.
During one of the many times I've unplugged the A/C compressor, I managed to snap off one of the two electrical tabs on the compressor. The connector is located in a recessed area behind the pulley. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'd like to keep the compressor on-car as I don't want to release my precious R-12.
I'm thinking I need to pull the A/C pulley and clutch then maybe I can get in there with a soldering iron. Thoughts?
Please, no suggestions that I should just rip out the A/C. I am not doing that.
Thanks.
