Ac system, higher performance Evaporators and Blowers?

I'm just guessing that technology has changed in the Auto AC world over the past 20 years. I was wondering if maybe there were some parts that could be upgraded to make things colder. Maybe a bigger evaporator or stronger blower motor that could push more cold air out. If I find any out there on the net I'll repost here.

I've seen someone swap 4th gen AC parts into our car. It was for r-134a, and I'm sure it ran that better than our systems would.

Nice, it wouldnt be a bad idea to hit up the junk yard for a blower and evap. I'm sure those parts commonly get left behind.
