Ticking noise

77 350 w holley carb

ive got a ticking noise. sounds like passenger side. valves are adjusted and new copper exhaust gaskets. only does it when car reached running temp. now heres the kicker.... i added seafoam (as ive done in the past to clean out system) into vac line going into carb as im doing this noise stops then after im done it comes back....

any chance you may have a bad lifter? may want to double check, one may have collapsed
