I have an 84 trans am. 350 with edelbrock intake and edelbrock 600cfm. My map sensor doesn't have the vacuum hose. Where does this connect on my car. I was told without it hooked up it will run for abt ten miles and then hesitate and die. Is this true? And I have what looks to be a port on my intake just forward of the egr valve.is that where its supposed to connect to? I do have the egr plugged off. Is that right.? Thanks guys...
