old gasket removeal

I'm doing a 3.4 swap.I think half the gaskets are factory, the other half have a pound of sealant on them.I'm talking about the 3.1 gaskets.I've gota clean up my 3.1 parts to go onto my 3.4.Any tips on a fast way to get the old gaskets off.

Re: old gasket removeal

Talstrip aircraft coating remover. Nasty chemicals but will remove anything. I've used it on powder coat successfully.
