Engine: 87 Small Block Roller Motor
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 2.73
Heads for 305

Will ZZ4 Heads fit a 305 TPI 1987? Can the exhaust Crossover be fixed to work with the EGR Valve. What Aluminum Head with small Chamber would you use?

Engine: L92/LQ4 (both w/4" stroke)
Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E
Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
ZZ4 heads would fit. You basically need to use the '86-1/2 aluminum head Vette TPI set-up.

If I was going that route, I'd choose one of these (the difference is the valve lift capability):
