pull 2 code from CEL so can some one explain ??????

pull 2 code from CEL so can some one explain ??????
ok so i pulled some code CEL aand they are number 15 Low temperature indicated at engine coolant temp sensor
and number 24 High temperature at manifold air temperature sensor OR Vacuum switching valve circuit open or shorted to ground OR High voltage at ATS sensor
can any one tell me what they mean and or how they can be fixed i have anothe post on some unplugged vacuum hoses that might be the problem so can some one help me

disregard number 24 i gave wrong one. 24 is Circuit fault in vehicle speed sensor

OPERATION:
The VSS is located on the transmission and sends a pulsing voltage signal to the ECM which is converted to miles per hour. This sensor mainly controls the operation of the TCC system, shift light, cruise control and activation of the EGR system.
