Cam
Ordered my new cam and pistons, to go with the Holley Stealth-Ram and Vortech heads
Probe forged dish pistons
Doug Herbert cam
RPM Range: 1200-6200
Advertised Duration: 280/305
Duration @ .050: 225/235
Lift: .500/.500
Lobe Center: 112c
Chevrolet V8 57-87 262-265-283-302-305-327-350-400
SB Chevy Hydraulic Roller Cam- Upper low-end to mid-range torque and power. Daily performer, mild bracket.
Perfect for street performance, street-strip or pro-street. These cams offer the power and torque increases that are available only with roller cams, plus the low maintenance of a hydraulic cam
A quick question, does anyone know if a strut tower brace will fit with a Stealth-Ram?

Re: Cam
I assume you have Vortecs with upgraded springs and prepped to handle that much lift- stock Vortecs with stock springs won't take that much.
No idea if a brace would clear, but if it clears a TPI intake I suspect it would probably clear the Stealth Ram. Might want to post that question up in the suspension forum.

Re: Cam
Yes, I ordered custom built aluminum vortechs, the cam is set to run with them and the super charger.
Thanks for the tip, I never thought to post that question in the suspension forrum, thanks again
