Car won't even spin over
i bought a 92 camaro rs the other day. i gave 500 dollars for it, we got it home the next day, i put a battery in it in hopes to hear it at least spin over and... nothing 
. the guy i got the car said it ran great. i moved the ground wire and still nothing. i went inside and noticed that the computer was missing. could that have an effect on my car not spinning over by the key?
