Help please my engine is making a screaching noise

Transmission: 700r4 Automatic unfortunately
Axle/Gears: 3.27
Help please my engine is making a screaching noise
Maybe someone here can help me. I have an issue with my car. everytime i start my car it starts making a very loud screaching noise. And i have no idea wat it is. i checked the flexplate, i put in a new starter and it still makes that horrible noise. And this noise didnt occur till i removed the starter to put in the 8th spark plug. Any ideas wat it could be??? The noise occurs right after start up. It starts just fine the noise occurs while running, it revs up briefly then it dies. any help would be appreciated

Mine occasionally does it for like a second and then its gone.... but its just sound no problems.
