Upgrading some parts need advice

Hi guys, just bought Bosch iii fi from southbay, adjustable fuel pressure reg, 160 thermo and hyper tech chip. I know the reviews on it. How should I go about taking off the intake and fuel lines etc for this and what safety precautions should I take? Thx
