SES - code 36, then no codes?
OK, the first mistake I made was let a local oil change shop talk me into running a fuel injector cleaner through my rails because of what they claimed were carbon deposits on the intake valves.
Two days after I let them do it, I got an SES light and pulled a code 36 by grounding the A & B terminals of the ALDL with a paper clip. I checked connections for the MAF sensor and burn off circuit relays, and they looked good. The shop said sometimes SES lights come on with that code if the connection to the MAF sensor has been disrupted and clearing the code should resolve it.
I did that, and then took the car out for some mixed driving. After about 20 minutes of driving, I shut the engine down to let it run through its burn off cycle. Then I started it up again, and the light went away. I repeated that three times with the same results.
I thought I was done, but tonight the SES light came on. This time, all I'm getting is 12's.
Did I fry the ECM?

Never mind...the SES light always stays on when the engine's not running.
