Gathering a list of things that could cause rough idle
My car , in park and at low speeds, like to jump at idle from 500 to 800 nonstop. Sometimes its erratic sometimes its more controlled...
So far I can think of
-EGR Valve
-Vacumm Leak
-Idle Air Control
and wish to gather a list of more things I need to check. I have a 85 camaro with a 87 camaro 350 tpi.

Cracked distributor cap. Crossed plug wires. Timing. Burnt plug wires.
Aluminum // brass mix from plug wires to plug, plug wires to distributor.
Just a few things to check that doesn't take but a few minutes.
My " other " car had a vacuum leak & would go from 900 to 1800 RPM, so that
is a " could be " issue. Our Camaro doesn't have any of the ECM, IAC, etc. Sorry I don't have a solid lead.
Good luck
