car broke down again..

car broke down again..
This time my power steering braket bolt that mounts to the head snapped clear off before the header. Anyone have a good idea of how to approach this? I've have had luck in the past using vicegrips..but those don't look like they will work in this case.

Yeah but you're not going to like what I suggest.
Get one of those reverse drill bits (like an easy out). Use a punch to center the bit on the broken bolt. Heat up the bolt so it expands, drill the center out. Let it cool, heat up the area around the broken bolt. Tighten the easy out down and give it hell.
