I will start with what i did. I installed hsr in my 91 camaro. After the install the car wont start. Ihave spark I have fuel to the regulator.nothing coming. Through the regulator.
I jave replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter and the regulator.
Any help would be great

 

Do you hear the pump run? A new pump won't run unless it has power & ground.
Did you pressure test the fuel system? I don't understand "I have fuel to regulator. Nothing coming up". The pump feeds the fuel rail & regulator at the same time.
Heres a basic diagram, the test port should be where the injectors are in the picture.

 

Yes I hear the pump running. I didn't pressure test the fuel system. I have gas to the regulator it just seems that I dont have enough pressure to open the regulator.

 

The reg. is after the fuel rail.

 

I am using the holley fuel rail. With holley stealth ram. Were would the regulator go to the supply or the return

 

Its where the return line starts.
