So here is a complete list of what I know is wrong with my car mechanically:

-Heat shield rattles at idle
-weird idle (up and down, sputter then jump way up. never dies)
-white smoke billowing out exhaust
-radiator leaking

Additional info: Just cleaned the IAC, there is a flowmaster exhaust system installed, I have ordered a new radiator, cleaning IAC did NOT fix the wonky idle. The smog pump is off my car.

Trouble codes: 21 22 32 44 45 (no idea what these mean. Just scanned for them using the paper clip method)

Now where do I go with all this information? What do I start with? The white smoke is whats scaring me the most. Its not like flowing out it comes out in sync with the engine and it extends ~1ft past the exhaust tips before dispersing. So what should I do to fix all these problems?

EDIT: The oil is not milky.

 

Remove it? Tighten it? Dampen it?

Check your codes.

Replace it.

Does it smell like coolant? Perhaps your radiator leaked until the engine was overheated, warped the block/heads and lead to a head gasket leak and now coolant is entering at least one combustion chamber.

Is your oil milky? Remove and look at all of your spark plugs. Note any that look different. If any look very clean, or significantly cleaner than the rest, then that is a big indicator of a headgasket problem.

 

Your inconsistent idle sounds like a vacuum leak. That oily smoke could also be bad valves or possibly worn rings Infernal Vortex gave you the most likely cause, but if those don't show any indication, you might want to do a compression test to find that bad cylinder(s)/valve(s). Hopefully it's just a blown head gasket though. Let us know what you find
