Error Code 36

My 1987 Z28 IROC 5.7 350 began to run rich and stall out when put in gear.

I brought the car to the mechanic who told me I need a new MAF. Once this was complete, I went to pick up the car and it would not start. Fast forward a week or 2 and we discover there was a TSB for the burnoff relay. We put a new relay in and it seems better but not totally solved. We disconnect the battery, let the ECM reset and she's running better. However, I am still getting the SES light more often than not, and it is still error code 36. This goes well beyond my technical expertise and I don't want to bring it back to this shop anymore.

Any help appreciated, and please remember I am not very mechaniclly or technically inclined. Thank you.

Re: Error Code 36

you will either need to go through the trouble tree or take it back and have them check the wiring and ecm.
