what are these hose to
the first hose is coming out right behind the carb on the intake manifold its a hose thats about a foot long and has a bolt on the end and the second hose is coming out of the firewall right behind the gauges

Do you have a line going to the brake booster? Do you have a PCV valve?

ya my line from my brake booster goes to the back of the carb and then my pcv line goes to the front of my carb. If you want me to i will take more pictures

air only comes out of your defrost vents and your cruise doesn't work.
The manifold fitting provides vacuum to the hvac and cruise. It should connect to a line that winds towards the left front to the vacuum reservoir under the tray and into the firewall. Might be your other fitting as the line should have a one way check valve on it, although I can't be certain that's not the windshield washer line from the photos. Easy enough to check.

As stated above ,In the last photo this hose is coming from a fitting in the manifold and if its like mine it is the vacuum port for cruise control. I don't have cruise control working or need it so I plugged it of at the source ( that fitting the hose is connected to has been plugged.)

thanks for your responses ya i dont have cruise control and i still dont know what the line going into the firewall is

The line going into the firewall is likely the vacuum line for the HVAC ducts.

Look at the washer bottle and see if you can find the hose that comes off of it and goes into the fire wall. On my car it is connected to the little motor that is on the side of the tank.

i ended up just pulling/ripping out the line in the fire wall and it was my windsheild wiper fluid line it was broken off cause the PO removed all the emissions and windsheild wiper fluid stuff
