92 3.1 Firebird Wont Start...
Backstory: A few years ago my firebird left me and my bro stranded at a store without any warning no check engine light or nothing. The bird wouldn't start or crank and when we got home i had him check all the the typical things like the plugs, starter, fuel pump etc since he was a mechanic in training and still no go. So about six months went by and during those months we searched info and had about 4 "mechanics" look at the car and each one told us something different from needing a new starter to the engine was blown and when we were told that we talked and laughed and just said you know what that's BS so we took it upon our selves to try to get the car running again .So during my research online i came across something known as VATS wich led me to this awesome site and notice that vats has stranded a lot of people on here so i did more research and came across the vats bypass from you guys and ordered and installed and what would you know it started up again.
NOW: So after we got the car running again we started driving it to and from work/school but we noticed right away that it didn't feel or sound the same like we notice a lost of power ,some hesitation, stalling etc but we thought maybe it was because it was sitting in the drive way for half year it would take time to "warm up" and get back to how it was running before so we kept driving it how it was since nothing came up on the scanner or the dash and maybe 3-4 months in my bro was coming back from getting food and while he was making a right turn the car just completely died and this time the check engine light was on.
so now here we are we didn't have time to fix it up until now so car was sitting maybe another 5 to 6 months again till now and it wasnt reading codes anymore with the scanner so we didnt know what to do we where basically playing multiple guess and throwing parts at it and i was about 1 day from junking it till i found a way on here to get codes from the dash by doing the paperclip method. At first when i did it it gave me a code 43 and a 46 but the 46 went away once i reinstalled the vats bypass but now it still giving me a code 43 witch is Low voltage at electronic spark timing circuit
so knock sensor correct? can a code 43 cause a no start or kill my car while driving?

I only deal with V8's , What is your V6 ; MAP or MAF ?
Run the code 43 diagnostics ( MAP version linked )

Does it Crank over? Do the Fuel injectors have a Pulse? (make a Noid light, Take a 194 (dash/license plate light bulb) take the two wires and slide them into one of the Injector plug in...... Crank the Car over, does the bulb flash??

If the injectors are original then they almost certainly need to be replaced. At least check the resistance and also check the fuel pressure regulator. Buy a Chilton's manual and do some reading.

Yes. I have personal Experience with the Multec Injectors......... if they are original. Ditch them. LOL dont replace just one or five..................... get all 6 Brand new!!!!!
