bad vibration down on power

So here's the deal Saturday morning my car which is an 89 T/A 305 5 speed with an Orielly crate in it that about a year old randomly started running ruff. In 1st through 4th it feels like a very light miss and kinda less power than it used to have if I shift to 5th on the highway the whole thing shakes like its trying to fall apart. It also sounds like there is a compression leak. However in nutreal just revving it everything sounds fine. Does anyone have any ideas? Because
I'm clueless.

Re: bad vibration down on power

Sounds like one cyl has an ignition miss.

Check the plugs, wires, cap, & rotor carefully.

I've checked the plugs and wires but not the cap and rotor. Thanks for reminding me of those.
