Have you had a custom tune done to suit the mods?

Why such big injectors in a 350, guys run 24's in 383's?

I suspect if you have a stock tune it will be super rich with injectors that big

Of course
You have changed so many thing away from the stock specs there is no way the computer will adjust

http://www.pcmforless.com
has good reputation for online tuning

No
A stock TPI pump is a Hi pressure pump
How do you know it is running lean?
Have you put a wideband O2 on it or datalogged it to see exactly what the computer is seeing and doing ?
What is your fuel pressure?
With injectors that big on a stock tune it should be running pig rich everywhere

Re: help

Well when I finished putting the parts on I started it up and ran it for about 2 or 3 mins engine code 44 piped up and it showed symptoms of a lean condition like everything got hot to quick
