code 15 and it was 22 but now its code 21 are both on my car 89 rs 305 tbi. Put the new tps have it set at .6 ohm and the cts is also new. I checked all the grounds and all the voltage. when the car is running the cts is giving haywire voltage to the ecm between 1 and 5 all up and down. The car is runs rich, horrible, shaking and will die if i hit the throttle hard one minute and then it will run half way good the next. sometimes when i go to crank it it will fire and die immediatley and other times it will just crank and run. Please help im over my head
