i have this cable that is disconected and it is located close under the drivers side manifold. also i would like to knowhow to put it back also were does it go? also if you guys could tell me how to take out the o2 sensor in the manifold. anyone please help! also forgot to menton its an 89 camaro rs 305 tbi ingine.

 

for the connector it is for the temp gauge. there should be a sensor between number 1 and 3 cylinder that it slides over.

The place it goes, doesn't appear to be in the picture.

Find your #1 & #3 spark plugs. (front 2 on the driver's side) Look right in between and slightly above them. You should find an electric thing with a connector that looks sort of like a small mushroom. That connector slides onto it from the side, sort of across the tip.
