TPS and EGR codes?

Car: 1991 Camaro RS
Engine: 5.0 L03
Transmission: T-5
Axle/Gears: 3.43 Torsen 10 bolt
TPS and EGR codes?
I used the SES light to check codes and got a 22 (TPS) and 32 (EGR) code. My car does bog down and smells like it is running quite rich, so I guess this makes sense! How could I verify these issues? I replaced the snorkel intake with an open element, not sure how the EGR functions though. Thanks!
