CODE 44 BUT DYNO SHOWS RICH

Hi all! Since replacing the injectors and fuel pressure regulator on my 91 TA with the 350 TPI it is setting a code 44, lean condition. Could have been setting it before the new injectors but not sure. I just had it on the dyno and if anything it showed that the car is running a tad too rich? Recently replaced the o2 sensor too. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? Thanx!

Don't know if this makes a difference but the check engine light will come and go and not stay on during the entire time while I am driving.

I went with the stock 22lb size. They are the reman Bosch 3s from Southbay.
