L98 350 issues.
Okay the car starts just fine idles flawlessly sounds amazing. Put it in drive hit the gas runs like a bat put of hell, slow down and it dies. Let off the throttle at all and it dies. Does fire right back up though. My dad said he had to give it a little gas once to turn it back over but this is the strangest thing.
I have heard it could be the ignition module under the distributor cap. Potential fuel pump and or relays.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has has these issues or can suggest some other things to check?

Thanks, checked and working fine. It finally threw a code at me. Code 42 which works out to be the ignition module on the distributor. Will be getting that soon and checking again.

I would also swap out the pickup coil while in there.
Use GM stuff.

I did, I bought a new distributor because it had the original distributor from 91 on it and the base plate was stripped causing the rotor to hit the cap and rub.
So I replace all the plugs, wires, coil, distributor and im still getting a code 42, im stumped guys I cant figure this one out. Its also not firing on all 8.
