Car: 1988 Firebird
Engine: Built 3.4 swap
Transmission: worldclass T5
Axle/Gears: 3.23 28 spine posi with moser axles
timing advance how does it work?

Im guessing its in the ecu?
How much does it bump up and what rpm and can it be changed?
I figure someone should have a good answer...thanks guys!

Your guess is correct. Timing is controlled by the ECM, and the tables can be changed. A quick look around the DIY PROM board should provide an overview of how.

Timing can be set to advance up to 50° BTDC and at various RPM and load levels.
