At a loss
Okay I have a 89 camaro tpi 350 I took it for a long drive today and ran perfectly fine but then when I went to go start it and drive it again it would barely want to take off pedal to the floor and just sounds like it wants to die out but the rpms will idle fine if in neutral just when in gear it will not want to take off or go at all I'm at all loss changed distributor,plugs,wires,ECM and put the timing in the correct order any ideas with be great thanks

Vacuum leak, fuel pressure
Edit: also check tps volts and idle air control and make sure they're within spec.

Couldn't find any vacuum leaks but my tps is all good and now it has a lifter knock when I try to drive it and only does it when it's in drive or reverse but got a check engine light on for my egr valve also thinking that's the problem with the misfire kinda? But at a loss on the lifter knock now
