Possesed Heater

My heater and A/C just started doing this. They both work, A/C gets cold heat gets hot, but no matter what it won't blow any harder than at the first setting. I checked the fuses and there's nothing wrong with them. But ocassionally the blower starts working again. Should I check the connection to my blower motor or is it dying and I should get a replacement.

Duke,

Check the blower resistor. You may have poor connections or broken resistor coils. It's easy to remove and inspect:

Even if the resistor is bad, the blower should still run on the highest speed, as long as the relay is operating correctly.
