Car: 1988 Camaro Iroc / 1989 Firebird TA
Engine: Camaro 350 cid / Firebird 305 cid
Transmission: Soon T56 D&D Viper (WC T5) / WC T5
Axle/Gears: 9 bolts; 3.45>3.89 / 10 bolts; 3.08
Fuel Sending Unit
Hi,
Having issue with my 1989 TPI 305cid gas tank sending unit. I have replaced the fuel pump and the sending unit. However, the gauge shows 1/4 full when the tank is full of gas. The next day it went up to 1/2 full. The gauge moves very slowly to the 1/2 full level and stays at that level for a long time after ignition key is out? What could the issue be?
