Car is bogging down in drive gears motor runs fine in park and neutral

ok. What ive got is a 1988 camaro with a 2.8 l v6 and 4 speed auto. I cannot get the car to go above 1300 tpm in any of the 4 forward gears and reverse. When you apply gas, it will go to about 1300 rpm and stumble to 750 rpm when the pedal is held to the floor. When the tranny is in park or neutral, the motor will easily rev to the limit. Car drives snd the tranny shifts, but is super sluggish snd does not want to accelerate. Pretty dure something is broken somewhere, not sure where to start

I was told by the previous owner that the cars have been cut out but have not been under the car yet to verify this.

Sounds rather like a fuel delivery problem. Might just need a fuel filter but might be something else.

What's the fuel pressure UNDER LOAD? (not, sitting in the driveway idling)

Sounds like me:

I have a convertible with a cat leak. They leak in around the back glass sometimes.
