1986 LG4 Code 41

Hello,

I'm sorting out some issues with my new 96 Camaro and I pulled the codes today.

The only code stored was a 41. According to another site that means "Poor electrical connection, open or short in circuit; defective distributor pick up coil; fault in the MAP or differential pressure sensor circuit.".

I did disconnect the connectors at the coil at one point to hook up an external tach, so I will connection the battery and try clearing the codes to see if they come back. But if this one comes back any ideas on what to check first?

Thanks!
Ian
