305 tpi wont start

I have an 85 z28 305 tpi and in november the car decided 3 days after taking out my break in oil (yes it's a new motor has 580 miles on it), I noticed that day my lock cylinder was work out, I could turn the key and pull it out but it wouldn't start it would just click, since then I've replaced the ignition lock cylinder and had the starter rebuilt but I'm getting the same result as before, it wont crank or try to turn over.
fuel pump engages
new battery
Freshly rebuilt starter
Spark plugs got replaced with motor

The engine had a few random misfires due to a faulty distributor cap and I'm pretty sure my ignition coil is no good as well (I'll attach pictures at the bottom and if it's supposed to look that way then I guess the coil is fine but I'm pretty sure its fried) does anyone have any idea what the problem could be if it's not the ignition distributor cap and rotor and ignition coil because me and all my friends here cant think of any other problem

The prong on the right is where the wire for cylinder 4 hooks up

I dont think thats supposed to be like that but the plastic that it sits in isnt melted at all, its like that on both sides

Usually there is only one "weld" line on each side of the coil if I remember correctly, but it should be fine. The distributor cap, rotor and ignition coil have no bearing on whether the engine spins over. The ignition switch (mounted on the side of the column), down the steering column towards the brake pedal area, does however. There is a rod that the key lock actuates, as you turn the key the lock cylinder pushes this rod into the switch thus making contact and sending 12 volts to your starter solenoid. I would check that the switch is sending voltage to the starter. If you have a heavy gauge push button switch (avail at auto parts store) I have tested that way as well. You would connect the push button switch to pos battery cable and clip other end to starter solenoid where the actuator wire connects, press the button and see if it spins over. Yes spin over= functional starter...... No spin over= non-functional starter (Assuming the pos battery cable is firmly connected to the main lug on the starter and the battery, as well as ground being properly connected)
