They have various scanners out there that can read OBD1. Alternatively, you can download Tunerpro RT, buy the right cables and log using your laptop.

Just be aware that there is very little information on OBD 1 to see during live data. It's very basic unlike OBD II which has a ton of information mainly because of all the additional sensors on the vehicle.
