what's the problem here?
ok, sometimes when i turn my car to start it ...it wont start. i just hear an empty noise and nothing happens. it always eventually starts up. i doubt it has anything to do w/the weather becuase it happens winter/summer regardless. do i need a new starter? plugs? wires? thanks
