what sizes wheels came stock?

what sizes wheels came stock?

Did an 89 RS come with 15 or 16 inch wheels? Ijust bought one it has 15's on it with p225/50vr tires and it just doesn't look right

Yep 15s, though I'm not sure about the b4c package (i think that's what's called) that might have gotten 16s.

225/50-15 is way small for that car... stock size was 215/65-15, so those tires are almost 2" less in diameter than the already somewhat undersize OE.

Those are hardly big enough for a Honda. The car is unsafe with overloaded tires like that. Get the right size, or some 235/60s which is an excellent size on those wheels.

the RS's couldnt come with the 16" wheels I think until 90-91 I would recommend running 245/50R15 if you are going to stay with them

245 / 50ZR / 15 's here also. Dunlop SP's or Comp T/A's the only source I think. Be ready to up some serious bills though.
