TPS correct tuning???

i heard somewhere that your throttle position sensor must be set at the correct volts for maximum horsepower. does anyone know the correct volts it must be set at? if you do i would really appreciate it.

i looked all over that page and i couldnt find it so does any one what are the correct volts my tps should be set at?
