Resistance value for knock sensor on '89 L98??

Resistance value for knock sensor on '89 L98??
Anyone know what the knock sensor resistance value is on an '89 5.7L? I did a search and came up with 100k and 3.9k. Which is the correct value? I'd like to avoid losing half my coolant if possible. Thanks
