Speedometer not working!!!

I just completed a TBI to TPI swap and took the car for a test drive. Man that car is fast! I'm using a 350 prom for my 305 and it seems to like the settings however there is one problem, my speedometer is not working at all. I've done a search on the board and people talk about bypassing the TBI buffer but nobody really explains how to do it. Can someone who has done this explain how to bypass the TBI buffer? It is a speed density setup. Thanks.

Problem solved. I whipped out my schematics and it all smacked me in the face After several hours looking for the VSS buffer to bypass, I finally found it right next to the ecm on the passenger side. The manual tells me it was behind the instrument panel on the ride side. BASTARDS!!! I took apart my whole dash looking for the damn thing behind the cluster assembly and it wasn't there! Anyways I figured out all I had to do was to disconnect terminal C from the buffer connector and splice it into Terminal B11 in the ECM. Now my speedo works. Just a little FYI for all of you thirdgenners doing a TBI to TPI swap.
