well i replaced the EGR valve and the MAP sensor and im STILL getting code 32 even after i reset the ECU. whats going on here?
i also just replaced the o2 sensor with a brand new one and its still running pretty rich. any other suggestions?

Does your EGR have a EGR temperature diagnostic sensor switch in the side of it? If so, you should check it and its wire harness, the EGR solenoid and its harness.
