I'm running an '87 GTA 350 tpi with 700r4 trans and 2400 lockup stall converter. When I turn on the key, I show a true flag using tunerpro for 3rd gear. Why 3rd gear and not 1st??? When the car is started it moves forward a little so that probably is the case that the converter is locked. Would this be the solenoid in the trans or the computer. I burn my own chips and this didn't start until yesterday all of a sudden.

Also, if i use winaldl to verify, it shows tcc locked when the key is on also.
