high Idle
my 305 v8 idle's at about 1500 rpm in park. it that to high?, if yes what should it be set at?

Transmission: all OD
Axle/Gears: Always the good ones
If cold, a little high but not too bad.
If its warm its over double what it should be.
My first guess would be vacuum leak of some nature or horribly misset tps,iac,tb, which I have seen people do.
