roller rockers

Who makes the best roller rockers for our 350's? I was gonna put some 1.6 roller rockers on my iroc to get some more lift out of my cam its a 89 iroc with the .415 .430 lift how much will it improve with 1.6 rr. Also should i go steel with roller tip or full roller and who makes them (links please). What valve springs do you guys recommened for this and is there any other parts i might need? Also is it a hard job to change the rocker arms?

I'd look for a name-brand that fits, and they'll be just fine. Secondly, it's not too hard if you're mechanically inclined. Remove both valve covers, and install them. Then, turn the engine by hand, setting each one when the lifter is on the base circle of the cam. This is important since you can't adjust them correctly when it's on a ramp.
