Accelerator Cable Installation

When I floor my gas pedal (WOT) the throttle body isn't opening completely. There appears to be too much slack in the cable. I just ordered a new accelerator cable. How (easy) difficult is the installation/replacement?

Removal and installation is a breeze. Probably can do in about a half and hour.
