Well I replaced all my top end gaskets in my 87 305TPI and I am left with one vacuum line that I dont have a home for.

There is a vacuum can behind the passenger headlight with two lines coming off it, one small and one large. The small one goes a couple feet and then V's off into two small lines. One small line goes to a plastic vacuum tube that comes out under the throttle body on the passenger side. The large line goes to the throttle body. Where does this second little vacuum line go??

check return line to fuel tank hope thats it jimmy

 

return line to fuel tank will be on the charcoal cansister....NOT the vaccum ball.

do you have cruiscontrol? i am pretty certain the vaccum ball is for your cruise control system.

 

It looks like one goes to fuel tank and one goes to pressure valve.... I'm not sure where those two fittings are though?
