Hi, i havent been on here that much lately do to winter and me not driving my car but anyways i dont know very much about the computers on these cars im more used to just carbs. but anyway i was wondering if you guys could help me with a problem my 87 ta gets its a 305 that runs fine until i decide to drive it long ways with out stopping then the car will soon pop up with the ses light and the cars temp gauge will start to go up maybe about 5 degrees or so off and on until i stop the car and shut it off. the car also does this driving around town if i stop for to long my temp will go up that 5 degrees and then come back down. Could this be because of a bad egr valve?
