mild 350 acts up sometimes

mild 350 acts up sometimes
I have a 1987 Iroc with a mild 350 with cam,headers and alil more,nothing big...the car has been giving me Hell latly to where im clueless on what's wrong with it...first thing is one day I decide to take it out and it runs really bad like the timing is way off where you can feel the engine shake and like a knock feeling..then the next day it runs fine wit all power.then I can take it out again and all the problems are back to where it has no power and feels like the engine has a knock...the engine is a tpi with tbi heads..I have timed the engine at 6,4,0 degrees...never had a problem like this before..and I can drive the car abt 15min like this and out of nowhere the car will drop rpms and run really bad.I can turn the car off and restart it and 15mins later do it all again...

Prob fixed,mass air flow sensor went bad when it heated up.
