So i was on my way to work today on the usual route, going up a slight hill I stopped at the stop sign, went to hit the gas and got nothing. I hit the brakes and realized the power was gone. The dash lights were still on, along with that red one, i forget what it says, anyways i threw it in park cranked the key and drove the rest of the way to work no problems. I did notice too tho that when i parked my car, the headlights didnt go down even tho i dont remember me putting them up. I had to go back in my car hit the switch up and then down again and luckily they dropped.

Any ideas as to why this may have happened??? I put around 3000k miles on my car since getting it in June and this is the first problem I have had with it.

You might want to start with measuring fuel pressure. If fuel pressures ok it might be a distributor issue. Icm or pu coil.
